Description

• LightFeather seeks Full Stack Software Engineers skilled in Agile Development using OOP and microservices. • This is a long-term project requiring collaborative team skills. • Essential functions include devising and modifying applications to solve complex problems and maintaining programs.

Requirements

• US Citizenship. • Active clearance at the Public Trust level or above. • DHS clearance preferred. • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Math, Engineering, or IT-related field preferred or equivalent experience. • 3+ yrs overall software development experience using Object Oriented Programming (OOP) and the following core languages and technologies: React and Java Spring Boot. • 3+ yrs developing software on fully automated CI/CD in the cloud - specifically, Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). • Must be proficient in developing APIs and microservices. • Must be proficient in automation tools - Jenkins, Git, Confluence/Jira. • Ability to work as a team player. • Detailed documentation skills. • Excellent oral and written communications. • Strong customer service/client facing skills. • Other nice to haves: DevOps, Terraform, AWS CLI, Apigee.
