• Actively monitor and review alerts flagging concerning student activity • Analyze flagged content to determine context and intent • Communicate with clients to advise appropriate responses • Collaborate with various teams to resolve client needs • Stay updated on latest online threats to students • Participate in team projects and initiatives • Identify emerging issues and trends for solution development

Requirements

• High School Diploma • Effective communication skills with all levels of staff and clients • Document and record information clearly • Willingness to objectively view and categorize sensitive materials • Dedication to data privacy and confidentiality • Ability to follow documented processes • Strong organizational and reasoning skills • Function effectively in a fast-paced environment • Excellent client service skills • Passionate about the mission • Ability to remain calm under pressure • Self-motivated and proactive • Knowledge of social media trends and language • Available for flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays • Crisis prevention, counseling, trust and safety experience preferred
