• Establish process for design and integration of new game levels and live game events • Collaborate with teams to develop concepts and storyboards for game levels • Prototype and iterate on gameplay ideas • Design, document, and communicate game mechanics, rules, and systems • Assemble assets in the Unity engine • Collaborate to establish and maintain a content pipeline • Ensure implementation of features align with design specs
• 5+ years of experience in video games industry • Ability to design engaging premises and visual narratives for game mechanics, levels, quests, etc • Strong knowledge of 3D environments, animations, and cinematics • Experience with Unity • Design, implement, and iterate on game mechanics, rewards, game modes, etc • Understanding of mobile free to play and game design theory • Excellent communication skills and team work abilities • Self-sufficient and resourceful • Bonus: Live game services experience, awareness of industry technologies, agile development experience, excitement for new game markets, F2P Mobile game design
