📋 Description
• Review vendor invoices for accuracy and process payments promptly • Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers • Follow up on missing invoices and ensure timely payment processing • Provide key financial data for monthly P&L and accounts payable reports • Manage petty cash transactions and verify vendor documentation
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable • Strong understanding of AP procedures and accounting • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills • Tech-savvy with understanding of accounting software • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well in a team
