📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple facilities • Oversee and maintain the recruitment platform, including creating, updating, monitoring, and closing job postings • Coordinate with Regional Directors of Operations and facility management teams to identify staffing needs and prioritize vacancies • Source candidates, review resumes, conduct initial screenings and interviews, and assess candidates against role requirements • Schedule and coordinate interviews with regional leadership and facility management • Prepare and issue offer letters, follow up on pending offers, and coordinate offer acceptance and closure • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers covering open positions, candidate pipelines, interviews, offers, pending decisions, and filled positions • Prepare and share weekly recruitment recaps covering hiring activity, vacancies, staffing progress, pending actions, and challenges • Communicate consistently with hiring stakeholders and candidates, provide updates, and address bottlenecks • Maintain recruitment records, candidate information, and hiring documentation accurately and confidentially • Support timely fulfillment of staffing requirements across facilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred • 2–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, talent acquisition, or recruiting coordination • Experience managing multiple job openings and coordinating recruitment across multiple locations, facilities, or business units • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, job boards, and candidate sourcing tools • Strong candidate screening, interviewing, scheduling, and offer coordination skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets • High attention to detail, sound judgment, discretion, and ability to handle confidential candidate information • Proactive, service-oriented approach with strong follow-through • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-location environment • Ability to work US Eastern Standard Time (EST), 08:30 AM–05:30 PM • Reliable computer, noise-canceling headset, second monitor, stable internet connection, and backup internet connection
