📋 Description

• Manage and grow accounts by maintaining and expanding relationships with key customers • Deliver technical sales support by aligning customer needs with company capabilities • Develop customer solutions through interpretation of drawings, specifications, BOMs, and timelines • Collaborate with internal teams to design and secure automation projects • Drive market development by identifying and tracking potential customers • Execute sales strategy to achieve performance targets • Leverage CRM tools to track daily activities and opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of technical sales experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment • Technical expertise in robotics automation integration, build-to-print systems, and robotic arc welding • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related field • Excellent written and verbal communication • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) • Customer-first mindset • Willingness to travel 50–80% as needed
