⢠Independently close smaller deals and manage them in Hubspot ⢠Support Key Account Managers on larger deals and enterprise customers ⢠Assist in structuring deals and ensuring smooth internal coordination ⢠Act as an operational backbone during complex sales processes ⢠Manage and respond to inbound customer requests via email (ticket-like workflow) ⢠Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers ⢠Own the end-to-end customer journey from contract closing to successful course start ⢠Build and improve processes where none exist yet ⢠Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and friction points in the customer journey ⢠Develop scalable solutions to support future growth
⢠Several years of experience in Customer Success, Sales Operations, or a similar role ⢠Fluent in German and English ⢠Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently in ambiguous environments ⢠Hands-on mentality with a willingness to dive into operational work ⢠Strong experience with HubSpot ⢠Structured thinking combined with a strong customer focus and communication skills
