Description
• Responsible for designing products across mobile and web platforms • Researching and designing solutions to achieve goals and solve problems • Design end-to-end experiences that are simple, elegant, and achieve measurable results • Work directly with product management and engineering in an agile environment to solve complex design challenges • Facilitate user research to uncover user needs, validate prototypes, and conduct usability testing • Support the team as needed with wireframes, flow diagrams, rapid prototypes, and visual design • Craft, test, and iterate on designs until the most optimal, intuitive, and elegant solution is identified • Establish intuitive design systems and patterns that build platform excellence and support innovation
Requirements
• 5-7 years of experience designing and developing consumer-facing mobile applications and delivering production-level design assets • Ability to think and design holistically to create a cohesive product experience • Strong conceptual, visual, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Strong desire to drive continuous improvement to processes and workflows • Experience working in a fast-paced, hypergrowth, collaborative environment • Experience in healthcare / virtual care strongly preferred
