• Lead strategic prospecting and outreach to identify enterprise and mid-market opportunities across diverse industries. • Build and nurture long-term client relationships that lead to meaningful, recurring business. • Own the full sales cycle, from discovery and solutioning to proposal, negotiation, and closing. • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client goals, challenges, and success metrics. • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas, while upholding our client’s values and reputation. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Solutions, Engineering, Operations, Talent) to co-create winning client strategies. • Provide accurate forecasts and pipeline visibility through HubSpot CRM and regular leadership reporting. • Stay current on localization trends, tools, and technologies to position our client as a strategic advisor. • Optimize your efforts by focusing on high-potential accounts that align with our client’s growth vision. • Represent our client at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• 5+ years of experience selling localization services and/or technology solutions. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional or military experience. • Are a self-starter with a strong 'hunter' mentality and a track record of closing $500K+ deals. • Thrive in consultative selling and long-cycle enterprise negotiations. • Are fluent in managing complex stakeholder environments (internally and on the client side). • Communicate with clarity and purpose, both in writing and in person. • Are highly organized and detail-driven, especially with CRM usage (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). • Take pride in your integrity, professionalism, and commitment to excellence. • Have experience working in a remote, global, and collaborative environment.
