Description

• Answer inbound calls and proactively assist clients with all account matters. • Act as a liaison between Local Splash and our clients. • Provide support to client incoming & outgoing phone calls & emails. • Respond to client voice messages and emails. • Perform account updates and data entry tasks. • Track metrics & data and identify & escalate issues. • Must possess excellent communication skills and attention to detail. • Background in Quality Control and basic knowledge of Google Docs & Spreadsheets. • Must have an excellent command of English, both in speaking and writing. • Sales experience/ability is required.

Requirements

• Must type 30-50 WPM. • Must have advanced computer skills. • Must have excellent communication and customer support skills. • Applicant must have advanced knowledge of Excel. • Should have Local SEO and Google Ads knowledge/background. • Must be Google Ads Certified. • Must be dependable and attend work regularly. • Must possess at least a High School diploma, GED or High School Equivalence Certificate. • Must be committed to embracing diversity and creating a versatile and fun work environment.
