• Engage 1:1 with potential customers, understanding their challenges and aligning them with our solution packages during initial and subsequent conversations • Guide prospects through the customer journey, highlighting how LogicManager can address their risks and realize their objectives • Manage a pipeline of inbound leads, initiating and nurturing relationships with prospective customers • Demo LogicManager’s software to leads generated through inbound marketing • Achieve qualifications in leading solution areas, including Enterprise Risk Management, Security & Privacy, and more • Work closely with marketing and tech teams to refine existing solutions or launch new products • Offer insights, strategies, and vision to reinforce our company's values, culture, and future aspirations • Elevate your career by actively engaging and contributing to our vibrant company community

Requirements

• 2+ years in customer success or sales role at a B2B SaaS company • Prioritizes customer experience over transactional sales • Exceptional communication capabilities • Proficient analytical and problem-solving abilities • Advanced reading comprehension and critical reasoning • Embraces a positive outlook with a high degree of accountability • Clear focus on objectives, maintaining regular activity tracking to achieve them • Authorized to work in the US (sponsorship not available)
