Description

• We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our Product team. You will create impactful experiences that bring users from personalized first-contact onboarding, through the aha moment, and into habit-forming experience. Your role will have strategic impact on a brand new product, leveraging years of Growth experience in data and quant research, qualitative interviews, process establishment, and gut feelings. You will work closely with product managers and engineers as part of our Product, Design, and Engineering trio, taking part in strategic decision-making processes at a product level.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working as a product designer within a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment in a B2B SaaS model, preferably within the area of growth • An understanding of business growth metrics, OKRs, and growth loop models that allow for tracking of results • A proven track record of building and shipping applications or software for whole features or products • Experience showcasing your design process across multiple projects, including interaction and visual design artifacts, multiple iterations, and high-fidelity prototypes • An outstanding ability to work with design (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.) and interactive prototyping (Framer, Webflow, Principle, etc.) tools • Visual design skills with proficiency in typography, desktop UI, color, layout, iconography, and aesthetic sense, and how these elements impact product functioning • Experience leading product direction and strategic thinking while developing product goals, identifying opportunities, and making decisions based on the impact on people and the company
