📋 Description

• Types letters, memoranda, and other general office correspondence. • Maintains department files. • Order and track work from 3rd party vendors. • Pre-search title orders, obtain tax information from various jurisdictions in Virginia. • Assist with invoicing and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent combination of training and experience required. • 2 or more years of administrative experience required. • Strong computer skills in MS Office. • Strong communication skills. • Work well under pressure. • Ability to multitask and think quickly. • Detail oriented.
