• Source and identify high-quality IT candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, networking, and other creative methods • Conduct initial screenings, technical assessments, and interview candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements need per client. • Collaborate with account managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria. • Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization. • Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from first contact to offer acceptance. • Stay current with the latest technology trends and IT skills to better understand market demands. • Prepare candidates' recommendations for the end client. • Schedule interviews; assist the candidate in preparation for interviews. • Collaborate with the candidate and account manager during the offer process, identifying and recommending hourly ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies. • Perform other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree preferred • 4+ years of experience recruiting for business-system related roles such as Workday, Dynamics, NetSuite • An understanding of various programming languages, tools, technologies, and other tech-related work • Strong problem-solving skills and creative solutions to meet and match client needs • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple roles at any given time • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics. • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative. • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, and Workday.
