📋 Description

• Advise clients on finance-related matters, particularly controlling, accounting, and group management reporting • Support clients with the implementation, development, and automation of financial reporting processes • Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements • Identify connections between profit and loss and cash flow, and explain them clearly • Support clients in using the Financial Management Suite • Advise clients from the private equity, start-up, and mid-market sectors • Systematically identify sources of error • Analyze data flows and reconcile discrepancies • Develop innovative financial reporting solutions • Build dashboards • Use Excel and Power BI to visualize complex financial relationships in an accessible way

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in finance, ideally in controlling, accounting, or group consolidation • Understanding of business and financial interrelationships • Experience working with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements • Knowledge of relevant financial metrics such as EBIT, working capital, and free cash flow • Knowledge of Power BI or a strong affinity for reporting tools • Ability to visualize complex financial relationships in dashboards and reports • Entrepreneurial mindset • Strong customer focus • Enjoyment of working with numbers, data, and models • Confident, clear, and authentic communication style • Willingness to take ownership and drive initiatives forward independently • Collaborative, team-oriented approach
