• Provide administrative support for the Language Assessment & Testing service line • Conduct quality evaluations of interpretation sessions to ensure high quality language access • Keep interpreter profiles up-to-date • Provide basic interpreter support • Collaborate with other QA Team Members on departmental projects and initiatives • Perform other duties as assigned
• Bilingual (Spanish, Haitian Creole, Vietnamese, Russian, or Portuguese preferred) with high English proficiency • Interpreting experience (minimum of 6 months) • Office administration and/or client service experience (preferred) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to type 30 WPM or more • Proficient in Microsoft Office
