• Provides administrative support for the Language Assessment & Testing service line. • Conducts quality evaluations of interpretation sessions to ensure high quality language access is provided. • Responsible for keeping interpreter profiles up-to-date and providing basic interpreter support. • Collaborates with other QA Team Members on departmental projects and initiatives.
• Bilingual (Spanish, Haitian Creole, Vietnamese, Russian, or Portuguese preferred) with high English proficiency • Interpreting experience (minimum of 6 months) • Office administration and/or client service experience (preferred) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to type 30 WPM or more • Proficienct in Microsoft Office
