Description
• Record financial transactions and prepare financial reports • Enter file data accurately and timely • Manage accounts payable and receivables • Tag and monitor fixed assets • Conduct monthly bank account reconciliations • Assemble information for annual audit • Maintain Chart of Accounts • Issue financial analysis of statements monthly • Calculate budget variances and report issues • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• 5-10 years in accounting role • Intermediate or better in Excel and QuickBooks • Produce full set of financial statements from source and adjusting entries • Available for partial working hours overlap with California
Benefits
