• We are looking for a committed, entrepreneurial-minded Technical Sales Engineer (m/f/d) who, with a high degree of personal responsibility, helps to sustainably grow customer relationships • Identify customer needs and translate these requirements into technical specifications for our development and product teams • Prepare technical documentation and support the creation of solution concepts and proposals • Independently manage RFI, RFP and RFQ processes and coordinate involvement of other internal departments • Provide technical support to the sales team for tenders, pitches and customer projects • Work closely with development to implement customized camera-AI solutions • Conduct feasibility analyses, build prototypes and perform PoCs (Proof of Concept) at customer sites • Support the integration of our systems into customers’ existing vehicle infrastructures • Relay customer feedback and market insights to product development to identify new market opportunities and drive innovation.
• Completed technical degree, e.g. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Vision, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field • At least 5 years of professional experience in an interface role between engineering and sales (e.g. Pre-Sales, Solution Engineering, Project Management) • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly grasp complex technical issues • Relevant experience with digital camera technology, computer vision, AI and image processing systems • Excellent communication skills – able to explain complex technical content clearly and solution-focused • Structured, self-driven work style and enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration • Willingness to travel internationally • Fluent German and English (business/professional level).
