• Responsibility for selling and promoting the company’s product range • Weekly reporting to the supervisor with market analyses and developments in the region • Achieve budgeted sales and targets • Generate interest and create demand among building owners, engineering consultancies, and contractors to promote the VICTAULIC system as an application product in this area • Communicate correct installation and application of VICTAULIC products and the tool range on site through demonstrations and training • Increase acceptance of and confidence in VICTAULIC among building owners and engineering firms • Ensure that knowledge of and correct application of VICTAULIC products and the system are provided by appropriate means, including seminars, trainings, distribution of technical literature, and technical support • Maintain contact with the local VICTAULIC distributor and ensure a proper and maintained flow of information • Conduct site visits to accompany and monitor the contractor’s installation of the VICTAULIC system • When required, support designers’/engineers’ staff in the use and correct installation of the VICTAULIC system • Handle product complaints in cooperation with the company’s VICTAULIC Engineering department • Coordinate with sales colleagues in the region for project follow-up and to ensure success
• Completed technical training; engineering degree preferred • Experience and expertise in piping/pipework construction • Willingness to travel • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Professional appearance • Resident in the sales territory • Fluent German (business/negotiation level) and good English skills
