Description
• Develop and implement security strategy for Luminar products • Provide security guidance for Product Engineering and Advanced Manufacturing projects • Lead and manage a team of product security specialists and engineers • Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and requirements • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure and accelerate product strategies • Design and manage security testing, vulnerability management, and threat modeling programs • Act as a focal point for security audits and legal matters • Develop and maintain incident response playbooks • Monitor external threats and advise on appropriate action • Manage vendor relationships • Travel as needed
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline; advanced degree a plus • 15+ years of relevant work experience • Expert-level knowledge of distributed systems, machine learning, cloud & hybrid environment design, enterprise and commercial systems & applications • Deep expertise in microservices, Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and similar methodologies • Strong communication and presentation skills • Familiarity with security governance standards, business continuity planning, and enterprise risk management
