• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for their Real-World Evidence (RWE) solutions. • Collaborate with executive leadership, sales, and marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies. • Gather and analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions. • Lead a team of product managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure successful product development and delivery. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, design, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment and timely delivery of high-quality products. • Translate product strategy and customer requirements into clear and actionable product requirements and user stories. • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and guide product enhancements. • Collaborate with clients, key stakeholders, and industry experts to gather feedback, validate product ideas, and drive customer-centric product development. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in the RWE space. • Represent our client in product-related discussions, partnerships, and client engagements.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred. • Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, with a focus on healthcare and Real-World Evidence (RWE). • Demonstrated track record of success in driving product strategy, development, and go-to-market efforts. • In-depth knowledge of the RWE domain, including data sources, methodologies, and regulatory considerations. • Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing high-performing product teams. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset. • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. • Experience in the healthcare industry and familiarity with healthcare data standards is highly desired. • Ability to travel occasionally to meet with clients and attend industry events.
