Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, 5 years in a leadership role • Experience in life sciences industry • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements • Strong understanding of talent acquisition, retention strategies, performance management, and employee engagement • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Proven ability to lead and manage HR initiatives in a dynamic environment • Demonstrated experience in coaching and advising leaders on HR matters • Ability to proactively identify and solve problems
