Description

• Fullstack Engineer role building and owning core product features • Ensuring the health of engineering systems • Solving challenging technical problems across the stack • Driving end-to-end development of projects • Designing and building robust, scalable systems • Providing feedback and potentially mentoring junior engineers or interns • Becoming an expert in the Lumos product • Growing the engineering team • Interviewing candidates and refining recruiting processes

Requirements

• Strong technical skills in frontend (React, Typescript), communication layer (GraphQL, Apollo), and backend (Python, Flask, sqlalchemy) • Experience in driving end-to-end development of projects • Ability to design and build scalable systems • Willingness to provide feedback and potentially mentor junior engineers or interns • Eagerness to become an expert in the Lumos product • Experience in scaling platforms to accommodate growth • Interviewing and recruiting skills
