Description

• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive long-term GTM strategy • Partner with Sales Leadership to streamline and optimize the end-to-end sales process • Manage the GTM budget and resource allocation • Conduct ongoing TAM analysis and competitor benchmarking • Act as a trusted advisor to the CRO and senior leadership on GTM strategy

Requirements

• 15+ years of senior management experience in GTM, Rev Ops, or Finance • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships • Exceptional analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills • Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of motivating and driving growth within diverse teams • Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, and other sales and analytics platforms
