📋 Description

‱ Build recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies aligned to client business goals. ‱ Translate hiring challenges into actionable recommendations and campaign plans. ‱ Develop go-to-market approaches that improve candidate attraction and hiring outcomes. ‱ Identify opportunities to optimize media, messaging, technology, and candidate experiences. ‱ Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance strategic recommendations, research, analysis, and workflow efficiency. ‱ Apply critical thinking and professional judgment when evaluating AI-generated insights and content. ‱ Help clients understand how AI is influencing candidate behavior, recruitment marketing, and talent acquisition. ‱ Identify opportunities for automation and innovation while maintaining quality and accuracy. ‱ Stay current on evolving AI capabilities, recruitment technologies, and market trends. ‱ Monitor campaign performance and provide proactive recommendations. ‱ Analyze data and insights to identify opportunities and risks. ‱ Present findings and recommendations in a clear, compelling manner. ‱ Partner with media, creative, technology, and analytics teams to deliver successful outcomes. ‱ Serve as a primary day-to-day strategic advisor for assigned clients. ‱ Establish credibility through responsiveness, expertise, and results. ‱ Anticipate client needs and proactively identify opportunities for improvement. ‱ Support account growth through thoughtful recommendations and consultative engagement.

🎯 Requirements

‱ 3+ years of experience in account management, marketing, advertising, recruitment marketing, or client services ‱ Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities ‱ Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously ‱ Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills ‱ Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into recommendations ‱ Active user of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or similar technologies.
