• Own net new client acquisition across target enterprise and mid-market accounts • Proactively build and manage a robust outbound pipeline through prospecting, networking, events, and strategic outreach • Identify, engage, and close new logo opportunities aligned to NAS solutions • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting → qualification → solutioning → close • Navigate long, complex sales cycles (3–9+ months) involving multiple stakeholders • Act as a trusted advisor on recruitment marketing, employer branding, and talent acquisition strategies • Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business cases
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required • 7-10+ years of experience in consultative, solution-based sales • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding new business quotas • Demonstrated success in long, complex sales cycles (3–9+ months) • Experience selling into HR, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Marketing, or related buyers
