Description

• Product KPI monitoring and reporting • Product Branding and messaging • Product Social Media content strategist and creator • Reviewing success metrics of marketing communications such as social media posts and focused on optimizing outreach of those posts • SEO for our suite of products • Gather customer / community feedback to help inform product marketing communications

Requirements

• 2 years of marketing experience (product or general marketing) • 1 year of social media marketing communications • Strong interest in the crypto space • Ability to sympathize with product users • Ability to communicate product changes to customers effectively through website content, social media posts, blog posts, and youtube content • Ability to write product marketing material with the product brand strategy/voice in an eloquent and articulate manner • Ability to review, monitor, and report on success metrics of outbound communication • Ability to work with product team to optimize outreach based on success metrics • Ability to work with product team to execute on SEO for suite of products • Ability to monitor and report on product KPIs
