📋 Description
• Drive a customer-focused mindset across the company; • Implement a system for collecting satisfaction data (NPS/CSAT), define Customer Success performance metrics and share management reports; • Gradually develop standards/best practices for critical experience touchpoints; • Support the prioritization of continuous improvement initiatives at each school.
🎯 Requirements
• Analytical ability: building metrics using databases, advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, analyzing KPIs and developing data-driven recommendations; • Experience implementing NPS/CSAT surveys, providing feedback to respondents and addressing non-conformities; • Willingness to learn: commitment to continuous personal development, an innovative mindset and the adoption of new technologies (e.g., AI); • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (no specific field required)
