• Pipeline generation • Own the top of our sales funnel and generate 50+ qualified meetings per month after a full ramp-up. • Master our signal-based outbound methodology within your first 2 weeks. • Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn and phone. • Qualify prospects according to our ICP criteria and strategic fit. • Research and identify decision-makers at target accounts. • Craft personalized messages that stand out and generate responses. • Handle objections and qualify buying intent before booking meetings. • Maintain detailed CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline forecasting. • Test and iterate messaging frameworks to improve conversion rates. • Hand over detailed information to Account Executives for seamless transitions. • Deliver insights from prospect conversations to refine our ICP and positioning.
• 0–2 years of experience as an SDR/BDR or demonstrable top performance in customer-facing roles. • Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English. • Ability to quickly understand and clearly communicate complex value propositions. • Strong research skills and attention to detail in target account/prospect qualification. • Resilience and persistence in handling rejection. • Digital fluency and the ability to quickly master new sales tools.
