⢠Act as the first point of contact for new prospects ⢠Build and maintain a structured and healthy sales pipeline ⢠Conduct discovery to understand customer needs early in their journey ⢠Improve and test outreach approaches (email, call scripts, sequences) ⢠Align with Marketing on outbound programs ⢠Represent Hack The Box as a knowledgeable and confident brand ambassador
⢠First experience in sales / business development, and a clear motivation to pursue a sales career ⢠High self-motivation, curiosity, and a proactive attitude ⢠Strong organizational and time-management skills ⢠Comfortable initiating conversations and engaging new contacts ⢠Positive, team-oriented mindset ⢠Familiarity with CRM tools or sales automation platforms is helpful ⢠Interest in cybersecurity or technical learning is appreciated but not required ⢠Excellent verbal and written German communication skills (native) ⢠Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (proficient)
