📋 Description

• Develop new user-facing features • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs • Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability • Write robust, clean, and documented code • Maintain and enhance existing web applications • Conduct performance tests and ensure responsiveness and stability across all platforms • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance user experiences and drive business outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web development, including at least 3 years using Next.js • Solid experience working from a fully remote position • Proficient understanding of HTML5 and CSS3 • Relevant experience using Tailwind, Material UI, or Joy UI • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern authorization mechanisms • Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX • Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills • Strong written and verbal communication in English, especially in remote and asynchronous environments • High degree of autonomy, accountability, and follow-through • Experience using AI-assisted development tools effectively is a plus
