• 5+ years' experience as a customer success manager • SaaS Industry Knowledge relating to supporting the manufacturing sector • Experience in Relationship Management • Excellent verbal and written communication in English • Preferrable technical knowledge and prior presales experience • Strong project management and organizational skills • Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
