Description

• Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance our brand visibility, increase engagement, and drive website traffic. • Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including content scheduling, posting, and monitoring. • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally. • Conduct social monitoring and social listening to stay updated on the latest industry trends and facilitate the establishment of new partnerships. • Develop a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with overall marketing goals and target audience. • Optimize content for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) parameters to improve organic visibility and website traffic. • Oversee, proofread freelance bloggers’ content, and support the coordination of timely content creation. • Plan, research, and create high-quality content presenting our services and brand such as blog posts, articles, press release, emails/newsletters, e-books, and corporate presentations. • Curate and manage video and audio content to bolster our online presence on prominent platforms, notably YouTube and Spotify. • Develop appropriate messaging for campaigns and digital advertisements, support advertising procedures with text materials considering the target audience and company’s objectives. • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and drip sequences to nurture leads and retain customers. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketing associates, to ensure content aligns with broader marketing initiatives. • Participate in the coordination and management of event marketing processes, including the creation and production of promotional materials, booths, and other assets through collaboration with third-party agencies or stakeholders. • Collaborate with third parties to manage all communications, particularly focusing on creative design and online public relations initiatives.

Requirements

• Have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred). • Have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Content Marketing Specialist & Marketing Specialist or similar role. • Exceptional writing and editing skills both in English and Turkish (Both required) • Knowledge of content marketing best practices and trends • Experience in event marketing and PR • Knowledge of using social media tools like Meta Business Suite, and Facebook Ads Manager IS A PLUS • Familiarity with online design tools, particularly Canva. • Having expertise in LinkedIn outbound marketing strategies IS A PLUS • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) IS A PLUS • Experience with social media management and email marketing IS A PLUS • Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling • Familiarity with the accounting industry, whether at a basic or advanced level, IS A PLUS • Excellent cross-group collaboration skills • Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and ability to operate in ambiguous environments • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment • Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures required • Location: Home office • Work hours will be based on US TIME ZONES • Travelling might be required
