Description

•Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance our brand visibility, increase engagement, and drive website traffic. •Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including content scheduling, posting, and monitoring. •Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally. •Conduct social monitoring and social listening to stay updated on the latest industry trends and facilitate the establishment of new partnerships. •Develop a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with overall marketing goals and target audience. •Optimize content for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) parameters to improve organic visibility and website traffic. •Oversee, proofread freelance bloggers’ content, and support the coordination of timely content creation. •Plan, research, and create high-quality content presenting our services and brand such as blog posts, articles, press release, emails/newsletters, e-books, and corporate presentations. •Curate and manage video and audio content to bolster our online presence on prominent platforms, notably YouTube and Spotify. •Develop appropriate messaging for campaigns and digital advertisements, support advertising procedures with text materials considering the target audience and company’s objectives. •Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and drip sequences to nurture leads and retain customers. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketing associates, to ensure content aligns with broader marketing initiatives. •Participate in the coordination and management of event marketing processes, including the creation and production of promotional materials, booths, and other assets through collaboration with third-party agencies or stakeholders. •Collaborate with third parties to manage all communications, particularly focusing on creative design and online public relations initiatives.

Requirements

•Have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred) •Have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Content Marketing Specialist & Marketing Specialist or similar role •Exceptional writing and editing skills both in English and Turkish (Both required) •Knowledge of content marketing best practices and trends •Experience in event marketing and PR •Knowledge of using social media tools like Meta Business Suite, and Facebook Ads Manager IS A PLUS •Familiarity with online design tools, particularly Canva •Having expertise in LinkedIn outbound marketing strategies IS A PLUS •Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) IS A PLUS •Experience with social media management and email marketing IS A PLUS •Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling •Familiarity with the accounting industry, whether at a basic or advanced level, IS A PLUS •Excellent cross-group collaboration skills •Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and ability to operate in ambiguous environments •Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment •Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures required •Location: Home office •Work hours will be based on US TIME ZONES •Travelling might be required
