🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Finance or Accounting preferred). • Proficiency in various ERP and CRM systems; Tax and Accounting software is a plus. • 4-7 years of experience in sales and customer support. • Some accounting and finance experience in a CPA/Auditing firm is highly preferred. • Proven ability in Sales, Client Acquisition, and Business Development. • An interest in, or knowledge of, streamlining the accounting and reporting functions. • An excellent level of written and spoken Business English and Turkish. • Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills. • Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and tax is a plus. • Excellent organizational and analytical skills. • Proven ability to work with minimal direction, as well as be resourceful and independent in solving problems. • Demonstrates initiative, self-motivation, and teamwork. • Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and the ability to operate in ambiguous environments. • Attention to detail and the ability to follow standard procedures are required. • Work hours will be based on US TIME ZONES (EST). • Traveling might be required.
