📋 Description
• Lead the Human Resources function • Build and maintain a great workplace culture • Support recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits best practices • Build trust and influence at every level of the organization • Manage HR operations in a fully remote environment • Help the team support immigrants in achieving legal status and better lives in the United States
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience leading or directly managing high-performing teams in a Human Resources function, remote and on-site in the U.S. • Knowledge of U.S. employment laws is non-negotiable • Knowledge of best practices across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits • Fluent in English and Spanish, written and verbal • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Ability to build trust and influence at every organizational level • Strong self-management and organization • Ability to thrive and stay accountable in a fully remote environment • Full-time availability, 40 hours per week, during standard business hours Eastern Time
