📋 Description

• Draft and take client declarations. • Prepare middle-role legal packets, including cover letters, correspondence, and forms, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and logical structure based on templates and case details. • Conduct research and gather information. • Learn and apply internal processes. • Communicate with clients. • Collaborate with the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish. • Minimum of 6 months of experience in humanitarian immigration cases, including VAWA, T Visa, U Visa, or family-based cases. • Experience taking declarations and drafting legal documents. • Basic knowledge of immigration legal documents, processes, and workflows. • Ability to write clearly, concisely, and accurately. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English. • Strong command of drafting, grammar, syntax, and legal style. • Ability to work collaboratively within a team. • Strong client communication skills with clarity, empathy, and professionalism. • High attention to detail and focus on accuracy. • Ability to quickly learn new processes, workflows, and legal concepts. • Client-focused mindset with sensitivity to humanitarian cases. • Analytical thinking and ability to organize facts logically. • Adaptability to changes in case requirements or regulations.
