📋 Description

• Own the day-to-day operations at the point of sale (POS) • Build and manage an asset register for every counter, including location, condition, and history • Own spare-parts supply from issue reporting through confirmed installation • Plan and manage refits and assortment changes, from planogram development and agency briefing through final sign-off • Sign off every implementation and track defects through to resolution • Serve as the first point of contact for reports from stores • Measure and reduce resolution times • Organize the return and refurbishment of replaced furniture components • Maintain guidelines and training materials for field teams • Develop scalable standards, KPIs, and automations • Report to the Team Lead, Operations • Work closely with the Retail team and POS Project Management

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of hands-on POS or merchandising experience in multi-site retail, on the brand, agency, or retailer side • A proven example of maintaining a stable condition over a period of several months • Willingness to conduct occasional store checks at locations across Germany • Confident working with Google Sheets, Excel, or Airtable • Fluent in German and highly proficient in English • Experience with beauty or cosmetics counters or the drugstore channel is a plus • Experience managing merchandising agencies, including SLAs, is a plus • Experience with spare-parts or furniture logistics is a plus • Experience with an asset register or similar data-maintenance processes is a plus • Experience with Airtable, ClickUp, or photo-reporting tools is a plus
