📋 Description
• Support the client in the manufacturing industry by connecting motivated candidates to job opportunities. • Leverage social networks and industry communities to build a strong pipeline of candidates. • Oversee quality of delivery and service team and mitigate risks to account health. • Efficiently screen and assess candidates to advocate for career opportunities. • Drive client satisfaction and loyalty by providing an exceptional hiring experience.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience for skilled trades manufacturing positions. • Proven ability to manage high requisition loads of at least 50–75+ positions. • Experience recruiting across 12 or more locations at one time. • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to work in the across Pacific, Mountain and Central time zones. • Resilient, resourceful, and comfortable in a high‑pressure environment. • High school diploma or equivalent.
