📋 Description
• Connect with motivated candidates to learn about their skills and match them to job opportunities • Build and leverage social networks and industry communities to build a strong pipeline of in-demand candidates • Own workload and take initiative to deliver on metrics and commitments • Drive full cycle recruitment processes providing exceptional experience to candidates and clients
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of recruiting experience (experience hiring for CDL Drivers and Field Technicians are required) • High school diploma or equivalent • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree (Nice to Have)
