Description

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities • Lead month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting • Oversee inventory accounting processes, including valuation and cost control • Handle complex accounting matters related to landed costs and warranties • Develop and implement internal controls to ensure compliance with regulations and safeguard company assets • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reporting packages for internal and external stakeholders • Drive process improvements and scalability in financial operations to support company growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field • 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment • Strong proficiency in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting • Experience with Netsuite ERP, particularly in a manufacturing setting • Advanced Excel skills • Strong understanding of GAAP • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all work • Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced startup environment • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data for strategic decision-making • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams • Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges in a dynamic setting
