📋 Description

• Efficiently manage complex calendars and scheduling for executives, including coordinating meetings and travel arrangements. • Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. • Act as a liaison between executives and internal teams, clients, and external partners, ensuring clear and timely communication. • Organize and document meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items. • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain strong professional ethics. • Support the execution of special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by executives. • Streamline administrative processes to enhance productivity and organizational effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leadership. • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities. • Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential information. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant productivity software. • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills. • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory. • Experience supporting C-suite executives is advantageous.
