📋 Description
• Own internal marketing for Crucible itself • Support with strategic planning • Manage CMS content, including uploading and updating content on client sites • Provide project support across the business, growing as capability and trust develop • Participate in structured training across all aspects of marketing
🎯 Requirements
• At least 1 year in digital marketing • Detail-oriented, and careful even when the work gets repetitive • Learns quickly and is resourceful, including using AI tools to work through problems • Organised and reliable, able to work independently once trained
