📋 Description

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn • Adjust campaign budgets, targeting, and creative based on performance data • Collaborate with writers and designers on advertising creative • Track creative performance and identify effective variations • Build and send email and SMS campaigns and flows in Klaviyo or Mailchimp • Test subject lines, messaging, and timing • Adapt campaigns for English- and Spanish-speaking audiences • Convert campaign data into clear keep, change, test, or stop recommendations • Keep content, design, and project managers informed to maintain campaign progress • Use ChatGPT or similar tools to accelerate work while applying independent judgment • Own campaigns from launch through optimization, testing, scaling, and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of hands-on digital marketing and campaign management experience • Flawless written and spoken English for client-facing work • Fluent Spanish, with ability to write and review customer-facing campaigns • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads • LinkedIn Campaign Manager experience is a strong plus • Experience building email or SMS campaigns in Klaviyo or Mailchimp • Basic Photoshop and Premiere skills for quick edits and asset preparation • Ability to interpret campaign data and make practical decisions • Reliable internet and power, with backups for both • Availability Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm US Eastern time • Must complete a background check and employment verification before starting
