📋 Description

• Manage and execute the company's recruiting process • Run day-to-day hiring activities and maintain structured candidate pipelines • Coordinate interviews with department leaders • Source, headhunt, and attract talent across departments • Conduct structured screening interviews assessing capability, culture fit, motivation, and alignment • Manage interview scheduling and candidate communications end-to-end • Use structured scorecards and evaluation frameworks for consistent assessments • Prepare and extend offers, handle negotiations, and maintain strong close rates • Lead new hires from Day 1 and ensure onboarding readiness and early success • Maintain detailed candidate notes and track candidate touchpoints • Refine hiring systems, interview structures, onboarding workflows, and reporting processes • Track recruiting metrics including time-to-hire, offer acceptance, onboarding success, and pipeline health • Research industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability • Collaborate with department leads and the CEO to understand role needs, refine job posts, and align hiring with long-term growth plans

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience • Experience hiring across multiple functions • Experience in fast-moving online businesses, ideally in marketing, coaching, or education (strong preference) • Proficiency with LinkedIn and Boolean sourcing • Experience with ATS systems such as Workable • Familiarity with assessment tools, scorecards, and structured interviews • Clear, professional, and confident verbal and written communication • Strong organization and process-management skills • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of talent acquisition • Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement • High standards and commitment to hiring A-players
