📋 Description

• Coordinate and manage the complete onboarding process for new properties. • Ensure all required onboarding steps are completed accurately and on time. • Verify that property information, content, photos, descriptions, amenities, and operational details are properly uploaded and configured. • Collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing, Operations, and Owner Relations teams to ensure successful property launches. • Ensure a clean and error-free closure process during offboarding. • Track progress and maintain visibility on all active onboarding and offboarding projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, project coordination, property management, hospitality, or a similar role. • Strong organizational and follow-up skills. • Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. • Strong written and verbal English communication skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Proficiency with Google Workspace and operational software platforms.
