📋 Description

• Deliver remote training aimed at business leaders, managers, and staff of small organizations. • Design and adapt training materials. • Facilitate interactive training sessions via videoconference. • Support managers in developing their managerial stance and leadership skills. • Train on managerial communication and conflict prevention. • Teach practical methods for conflict resolution and handling sensitive situations. • Conduct assessments and provide pedagogical follow-up for learners.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in management and delivering professional training • Excellent team management skills • Expertise in conflict management and interpersonal communication • Significant experience working with micro-enterprises and small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) • Proven expertise in delivering remote training • Excellent pedagogical and instructional skills • Availability at least 3 days per week
