Description

• The Global Regulatory Compliance Lead will play a pivotal role in ensuring platforms in the MediaLab portfolio adhere to global legal standards and internal policies. The role involves overseeing global regulatory landscape, understanding implications for brands, and implementing compliance strategies • Regulatory Monitoring, Policy Development, Risk Management, Compliance Programs, Stakeholder Collaboration, Audits and Investigations, Reporting, Advocacy and Representation

Requirements

• At least 5 years of regulatory compliance experience in social media or technology sectors • Extensive knowledge of global regulatory frameworks like GDPR, COPPA, etc. • Strong legal document analysis skills • Excellent communication skills • Proven leadership experience • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Preferred: Experience in multinational corporations or international compliance matters, Professional certifications like CCEP or CRCM
