📋 Description
• Oversee and manage development and performance of sales activities • Staff and direct a sales team • Establish plans and strategies to expand customer base • Contribute to training and educational programs for clients • Develop business plans and sales strategies for the market • Coordinate action plans to penetrate new markets • Provide pricing on completed applications • Maintain records of pricings, sales, and activity reports • Conduct proposal presentations and assist in preparations • Develop and mentor staff through communication and training
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree • At least 7 years of experience managing people in a sales management role • Willing to travel at least 50% of the time • Experience with enterprise software solutions • Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
