📋 Description

• Responsible for selling Medtronic DS1 and Livestream platforms to hospitals across Italy • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets for the DS1 and Livestream platforms • Identify and engage key stakeholders within hospitals, including executives, clinicians, and IT personnel • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, articulating the value and benefits of the digital platforms • Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Success Specialist, IT, and legal, to manage the sales process from prospecting to closing • Negotiate contracts and manage business agreements to ensure regulatory compliance • Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends to identify new sales opportunities • Provide post-sale support and foster long-term relationships to drive product utilization and customer satisfaction • Travel extensively within the country/region to support sales and customer engagements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or related field • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the healthcare technology, medical device, or capital equipment industry • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Strong understanding of hospital operations, purchasing processes, and IT infrastructure • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Proficient in spoken and written English • Willingness to travel extensively within the country/region of responsibility • Experience selling digital health technologies or medical equipment to hospitals, including managing long sales cycles and budget approvals (strong asset) • Familiarity with hospital IT systems, cybersecurity, and patient data privacy (plus ability to engage procurement, finance, and executives) (plus) • Ability to comply with hospital credentialing requirements and enter healthcare settings as an essential function of the job
